The studio has 50sqm and is located in the building called Tijuanamar and max. of occupancy with 1-3 peoples incl. baby. The small bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. The warm water comes from a boiler, belonging to the studio.The bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe with safe (extra charge) has an open access to the living room with integrated kitchen. Here you find a big refridgerator, ceramic glass cooking plate, washing maschine and all necessary kitchen utensils for the preparation and consumption of food. There is a dining table with chairs,a sofa bed for the 3rd person and SAT-TV.

The studio has a large furnished and sunny balcony with sun loungers and awning. The view from there is over the houses to the sea.
