The hire cars are fully comprehensive insurance, without own risk. The price exposes itself together from current price, fully comprehensive insurance without own risk and the value added taxes of 15 %. The prices offered in this web side contain these components. Child seats of different sizes can be put against surcharge, those are not component of the rent of the hire car.
The delivery or collection of the hire car can be done at the airport, harbour, Santa Cruz or to a Hotel or Apartments from the island, as desired of the customer.
This service costs 10 euros extra ( 10 euros the delivery and /or 10 euros the collection ) and is not component of the rent of the hire car. Extra costs are paid at the moment of execution in cash.
If the delivery or collection of the hire car takes place in Hotel or Apartments in Puerto Naos, or in our offices, there are no extra costs to pay.
Gas, tyre defects and towing charges are not included in the fully comprehensive insurance, they are going to weights of the customer.
The hire cars will handed over filled up of gas and should go with collection also again. The company can, if necessary, ask for a security of 50 euros, if the hire car is filled up of gas, the company returns the security. Differences of gas or tyre defects can be also paid by credit card.
The rent of the hire car and the security (if required), are paid by the customer during the contract processing.
