SITUATION

The Apartment Building is situated on top of a rocky cliff with wide views over the village, boulevard, beach and Atlantic Ocean. A flight of steps on the side of the building leads to the beach after 45 m.

There small complex consists of 9 individual unids, well decorated, each sleeping 1-3 people (incl.1 baby). The bathroom has bath / shower, bidet, basin, WC and an individual electric boiler. The bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table, spacious wardrobe/cupboard with built in safe to rent. The living room has the kitchen incorporated, comprising: oven, glass ceramic hotplates (x4), fridge, kitchenware and breakfast bar. The  living room has a sofa bed for the 3. person, coffee table and SMART-TV (with Internet) and SAT-TV. The groundfloor has furnished terrace with sun loungers, the 2. and 3. floor are having balcony with table and chairs. All are facing south-west with extensive views over the Atlantic Ocean. Internet with WiFi.

EXTRAS

Over the top of the building is a roof terrace with sun loungers. Beside the building there are 2 communal terraces with sun loungers which are available for the guests of the house. Next to the apartment building we can find the BUNGALOW HORIZONTE which has 2 furnished terraces, garden of palms and panoramic sea views. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds for max. 4 people, bath, entire kitchen and living room with SAT-TV. (Urban lease).
