SITUATION
The wellcared Apartment Buildings are situated on the edge of the village. The distance to the beach is about 200 m. Each of the 4 buildings has 8-10 apartments with first and second floor. Half apartments are oriented to south and the ohter half to north.
APARTMENTS
There are 36 units, each sleeping 1-3 people ( baby incl. ). The bathroom has bath, shower, basin, bidet and WC. The bedroom has 2 single beds, beside table, spacious wardrobe / cupboard with built in safe to rent. The sitting-room has the kitchen incorporated, comprising : 2 hotplates, fridge, dinning table and chairs. All balconies face south and have chairs with table and extensive views over the Atlantic Ocean. The renting of the apartments is use to the law LAU and to Art 4.3.

EXTRAS
The Apartement Building comprises a large sunny terrace with swimming-pool, sun loungers, showers and children´s pool. Each building is surrounded with a well laid out garden.
