SITUATION

Casa Carmen belongs to a small complex consisting of 3 houses and it is situated below the main road between Tazacorte and La Laguna, which is 1,5 km away and has pharmacy, supermarket, bank and gas station. Very quiet rural area with banana plantations in the vicinity and on an altitude of 150 m. Distance to the beaches of Puerto Naos and Puerto de Tazacorte are 8 km. It is advisable to have the use of a car.

CASA CARMEN

The old, tastfully restored canarian house with ca. 65 qm has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, wardrobes and safe to rent. The bathroom has shower, basin, WC and an electric boiler. The living room has the kitchen incorporated with 2 hotplates, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and all the utensils necessary for the preparation and consumtion of food. There is a dining table, chairs, armchair, SAT-TV and a sofa bed for the 5. person. Outside the house there are 2 terraces of natural stone to match the house and depending on the time with shade or sun. The view from there is to the mountains and the sea. The contract about the use of the lodging is subject to the arrangements of the L.A.U. In the urban rental contract, the use of the lodging is coincident with the clause of Article 4.3 of the L.A.U.
