There is a dining table with chairs, armchair, SAT-TV and sofa bed for the 3. person. Outside the house there are 2 furnished terraces and depending on the time with shade or sun. The view there from is to the mountains and the sea. The contract about the use of the lodging is subject to the arrangements of the L.A.U. In the urban rental contract, the use of the lodging is coincident with the clause of Article 4.3 of the L.A.U.
